Hajj pre-registration process from Bangladesh

To integrate with the Saudi Arabian e-Hajj system, a structured pre-registration system has been introduced for Bangladeshi pilgrims. On behalf of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Business Automation Ltd. provides IT support throughout the pre-registration process.

Any updates or technical modifications to the system will be officially announced through notifications on the Hajj official website.

Important Guidelines:

• Pre-registration must be completed before any legal documentation for the final hajj booking processes can begin.
• Each document must be processed using a unique email address. The same email address provided by Hajj agencies to the Hajj Office cannot be reused for multiple licenses.
• The live server and the training server operate independently, with separate users and databases. Therefore, users trained on the training server must be treated as distinct from those on the original system.

The original users must be considered separately for the server because the user and database of the training server are unrelated to those of the original server. All of you should cooperate for the pre-registration process to be successful.
